School Leaver - HR
The candidate should ideally;
be below 20 years of age
have passed the GCE (O/L) examination, with credit pass for Mathematics and an “A” pass for English language (in the 1st sitting)
sat for G.C.E (A/L) examination in the year 2012
be willing to start work immediately
part qualification in any professional qualification in HR conducted by a recognized university would be a definite advantage
have an excellent command of the English language
have very good interpersonal and public relations skills
willing to work during weekends (if required)
Applicants who are successful would be offered a six months contract period in the DFCC group HR department which will include training in all aspects of the HR field.
