We invite applications from candidates who are confident of delivering our expectations and meeting the following basic requirements to be selected as Management Trainees to the Treasury Department.

Our Expectations:

  1. Be less than 28yrs of age

  2. A graduate in Business Management/ Science/ Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/ Accountancy/ Finance/ Computer Science or Law preferably with a class or a member/ passed finalist from a professional body-CIMA/ ACCA/ CIM/ CFA/ ICASL with an additional basic professional qualification in any other discipline

  3. A self motivated individual with sound analytical and presentation skills

  4. possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  5. leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in Business

  6. A high performer with outgoing and pleasing personality.

Your Rewards:

  • A comprehensive training program of 18 months will be provided with an attractive raining allowance with other benefits

  • Management Trainee will be provided hands-on work experience and an opportunity to be absorbed as a Dealer, which is an Executive position after a successful completion of the training program

  • Management Trainees are assigned to a Mentor at the begriming of the program to facilitate career development.
