The Job

Your main job role is to manage and continuously enhance the information systems and information technology infrastructure at BHL enabling the company to meet its goals. Primarily, you will manage the transition from our current system to the new ERP solution (Dynamics NAV). You will align information and communication technology systems with the business requirement whilst being responsible for a technical support, managing day to day operations & establishing policies and practices for smooth & effective information systems. You will also be responsible for educating your team members about the various applications, reviewing performance and usage of information systems amongst the user community and guide them on matters concerning alignment of information system with business goals. You will be directly reporting to CFO.

The Person

You should posses a degree in IT from a leading university or equivalent professional qualification in IT and should posses a minimum of 5 years experience in the IT field. Prior ERP exposure together with implementation track record will be a prerequisite. You also should possess excellent problem solving, analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills. You should have the required hardware, network applications and operating systems knowledge and should be able to work under pressure and should be able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. You should be a team leader, whilst being assertive and pro active. You should possess the aptitude to think outside the box and be innovative and creative in providing solutions.
