The Job

Your primary job role would be to ensure that every order is delivered to the customer on time and as per the quality requirements of the customer. A part of your job will include maintaining systems and processes in bulk manufacturing operations and specified quality standards of different customer portfolios. It may be necessary to perform additional duties/responsibilities in other cross functional areas as and when requested by the management.

The Person

You should posses a university degree or higher qualifications in a relevant field with a minimum of three years hands on experience. Your should be technically competent to work hand in hand with the rest of the technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process. Experience and exposure to knit garment manufacturing would be a definite advantage. You need to possess excellent communication skills, good analytical skills and be detail oriented. You should be a good team player; positive minded and should have the ability to handle pressure and prioritize your work under demanding circumstances.
