The Job
Your primary job role will be to implement Group Human Resource policies, processes & initiatives for executive associates at Brandix Textile Ltd. You will be responsible for driving PRAISE, Career & Succession Planning, Recruitment & Selection, HR Administration, Reward and Recognition, effective HRIS management and other relevant HR initiatives. You will build a Great Place To Work by implementing initiatives to ensure timely and relevant organizational communication, transparency, deployment of organizational values, employee bonding and culture development. Managing the Training & Development process for your SBU together with the Corporate Learning and Development team will be one of your key responsibilities. This will include conducting training needs analysis, implementation of the Training Calendar, sharing of best practices, breakthrough learning & cross functional knowledge in the two companies. Effective management of the welfare and administration operations for both executive & non executive staff at Brandix Textiles Ltd will be under your purview.
The Person
You should hold a degree and at least 3 years experience in Human Resources in a similar capacity. Strong interpersonal communication skills, effective time management and the ability to work under pressure are prerequisites. You possess the ability to empathise, build relationships and influence your key stakeholders. A very positive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively will be among your key strengths. You are a self starter, passionate, enthusiastic and able to work independently at all times.
